Evaluations

Mindful Living Psychological Services, PLLC offers comprehensive cognitive, achievement, and specialized diagnostic testing to individuals of all ages. We specialize in assessing for ADHD and psychoeducational evaluations. Evaluations are designed to pinpoint your areas of strength and weakness, and to determine the best treatment plan for you. A battery of assessments are used to gather information about how you think, behave, feel, and respond in a variety of situations. Evaluations can help determine an accurate diagnosis, and can be used to support IEPs and 504 plans, college accommodations, test accommodations for specialized exams, and giftedness testing.

ADHD Evaluations

As we learn more about what ADHD can look like across different populations and genders, more and more adults are questioning whether they have been living with ADHD. Attention difficulties like those present with ADHD can have a dramatic impact on school/academic performance in childhood. It also impacts many adult experiences including relationships, job performance, and daily life functions. Getting accurately diagnosed can help individuals get the treatment and support that they need to function more effectively.

Psychoeducational Evaluations

We work closely with families to help them and their children get the support and services they need to achieve their full potential. This type of evaluation entails gathering information regarding the child's history, development, educational history, and presenting concerns. This information will be used accompanied by a battery of assessments to determine your child's strengths and weaknesses. This type of assessment can be used as part of the process to receive support services at school/college and possible testing accommodations.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the type of assessment and complexity of your case. Pricing will be determined during your initial consultation. We offer two tiers of evaluation/pricing options based on your needs. All evaluations include a feedback session where results are reviewed in detail, with clear next steps and recommendations.

ADHD Screening Evaluation - $1,800

This type of evaluation is used to determine whether your symptoms are consistent with an ADHD diagnosis. This process involves clinical interview, rating scales, and brief cognitive screening with a written summary of findings.

Standard Psychoeducation Evaluation - $3,000

This type of evaluation will assess for learning, attention, or executive functioning concerns. This process includes clinical interview, cognitive testing, select achievement measures, and a narrative report with tailored recommendations. This type of evaluation can be used for academic, professional, or testing accommodations.
