I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) therapist with experience in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and life transitions. I have worked with clients of diverse gender and sexual identities, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, as well as those practicing non-conventional relationship structures such as consensual non-monogamy and polyamory.

Approach to Therapy
An active listener and engaged communicator, I enjoy collaborating with my clients to create an affirming, warm, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space. My focus is primarily on addressing the issues my clients face today, while also understanding how childhood experiences and past traumas influence their current struggles. I utilize various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment plans to each client's unique personality, preferences, life stage, and overall readiness, ensuring that they receive evidence-based care that meets them where they are.
